Appellate Advocacy
Our firm has successfully represented clients before the Illinois Supreme Court and the Illinois Appellate Courts including a petition for mandamus to the Illinois Supreme Court to remove a Circuit Court judge from a pending case. Additionally, we have successfully argued before the United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit. Mr. Verhey is also licensed to argue cases before the United States Supreme Court.
